Can't login to adobe forums

Hi there,

I can't log into the adobe forums. The screen shows I'm signed into adobe.com but after I enter my password to login to the forums I get stuck in a redirect loop.

I am constantly getting redirect loop errors in Chrome, Firefox or Safari trying to get to the adobe forums. I have deleted my cache and cookies, but this is a recurring problem.

I use Yosemite.

Could someone give an hand please ?

Thanks

iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.1)

I am having the same problem, and am on Yosemite 10.10.2. I asked my husband to try logging into forums.adobe.com through his Linux-based computer, via Firefox (using my login credentials), and we got the same redirect error. Though in Googling "adobe sign in redirect loop" it appears many people across Mac platforms have this error on multiple browsers.

I have cleared my cache, cookies, everything, multiple times. Have tried typing in all caps (as the linked Behance login is in all caps) and tried unchecking the "remember me" button, but all to no avail. I am completely unable to log into any part of the forums.adobe.com sites. I can get as far as the log in page, right after clearing browser history, but as soon as I attempt to login, I get stuck in a redirect loop! I can login to Behance with these same linked credentials, no problem.

So I don't think it is a computer or a browser thing. I think it is horrible website coding on the account of Adobe.

I find the posts that link to a generic super lame "troubleshooting steps" trying to help noobs remember their password and have no mention of a redirect loop, which is outlined and specified with details in the description of the problem, only increase the frustration present in dealing with the issue to begin with.

In any case I'm here to simply add to the number of people having this issue in hopes that there will be power in numbers to somehow try and fix the problem, whether it be something to do locally on our ends (beyond clearing cookies and caches and everything "from the beginning of time" in every bloody browser available) or something to repair on the server side which is sending us on these never ending loops!!

All i wanted to do was find a solution to another problem, it suck having to find solution to a ton of problems just to get to the solution of the original problem. Argh.

Add the complaint/concern to the Adobe forums, we cant do anything about it here, but from time to time they appear to break Yosemite when there has been no apparent change to Yosemite. In those instance this is clearly an issue with Adobes servers not with Mac OS X

And yes their "customer support" can be downright insulting to paid customers good luck to all of us trying to remedy it.
